Reformation of the building
Purchase
80,000€ was the total cost of buying the house. 30.000€ was paid as a downpayment, and the remaining 50.000€ in 6 three monthly installments from December 2016. God not only provided the funds to pay each instalmente but in His grace this challenge of FAITH was overcome 3 months ahead of time.
Building Permision
Following the purchase of the building we contracted an arquitect to prepare the project and in December 2019 building permision was given. Though this proces took much longer than expected our faith in our all poweful God prevailed.
Reformation of the building
The building needs to be reformed so that it may be used legally as a camp facility. The estimate for the cost of the project is 225.374€! On to which 21% VAT must be added. For man this is impossible, but for God nothing is impossible!
By faith building work has begun!
The cost of this first part is 36 ,932,-€ , plus the architect's fees on beginning the building work of 1.270,-€, amounting to a total of 38.202,-€.
Thanks be to the Lord, and the gifts from families and churches, we have 35.010,22€ of which we have already paid 30.000,-€ to the builder and we will have to pay the remaining 6.932,-€ when he finishes this part at the end of October.
